Budget constraints put the originally specified historic windows out of reach, so Prestige Facades proposed a value-engineered alternative: standard storefront systems used in an unconventional way, combined with custom extrusions and surface-applied grids to closely mimic the historic look.

While the historic entrances were the primary focus, the scope also included installation of the pre-fabricated windows and interior glazing.
