Company projects. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards. You’ll serve as theprimary contact for clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, driving project success through effective planning, communication, and execution.
A successful Project Manager will exhibit strong leadership and people management behaviors,
paired with excellent communication, problem solving, critical thinking, organizational discipline
and being aware of financial and risk impact. The role demands Client/ Stakeholder orientation,
personal accountability and adaptability.
Estimator

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate, timely, and
competitive bids for façade and construction projects. This role is responsible for reviewing plans and specifications, performing material takeoffs, coordinating vendor quotes, preparing proposals, and ensuring all estimating documents are properly organized and maintained. The Assistant Estimator plays a key role in helping Prestige Facades secure projects by providing reliable, well-documented cost estimates and professional communication with general contractors, vendors, and architects.
The successful Estimator will have strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills as well as be an effective communicator, collaborator and analytical thinker. The Company expects all employee to be professional, courtesy and have a results driven attitude.
Operations Coordinator

This role ensures that project documentation, compliance records, estimating materials, and company administrative tasks are completed accurately, on time, and in line with company standards. The Operations Coordinator plays a key role in helping the team stay organized, compliant, and efficient.
The successful Operations Coordinator will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to
detail, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a professional construction office environment, as well as a professional and courteous demeanor toward coworkers, clients, vendors, and agencies.
