David Cotter
About
Dave graduated with a professional bachelors degree in Architecture from Virginia Tech. He started his construction career as a drafter for a panel company for a few years which ultimately landed him a similar position at a prominent glazing subcontractor in Northern VA. He then spent the following 13 years at that company growing into a Vice President and partial ownership role.
During his tenure, he owned every aspect of a project from estimating the initial bid to final punch list as the project manager. Dave departed that company in 2024 to start Prestige Facades with a partner who shares similar values. He is driven in the ideology of challenging standard work norms in the construction industry while still maintaining quality and professionalism that built his career.

Vasilis brings over 15 years of expertise to Prestige Facades, having taken the reins at K-Squared after years of working alongside his father. His deep understanding of market trends and a keen eye for distinctive design have allowed him to expand K-Squared’s services beyond painting and decorating.
By fostering strong relationships with leading architects, designers, and real estate professionals, Vasilis offers clients a seamless, concierge-style project experience. His meticulous attention to detail and dedication to quality have earned him a reputation for delivering stunning, high-caliber results seen throughout many notable projects.
